Stephanie Pollock is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Houston Trust Company. As CFO, she oversees the corporate finance, accounting, regulatory and audit functions as well as the Company’s private client and private trust company service teams. Stephanie serves on the Company’s Trust and Investment Committees, Investment Advisory Committee, and IT Steering Committee. She has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience. Stephanie previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of Encore Bancshares and Senior Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting for Sterling Bancshares, both Houston based, publicly traded bank holding companies. She previously was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston and a Senior Auditor with an Orlando, Florida based accounting firm where she was a member of the bank audit group.

Ms. Pollock holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
