Stephanie Pollock is Executive Vice President and CFO of Houston Trust Company. She has over 21 years of financial and accounting experience. Stephanie was Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of Encore Bancshares and Senior Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting for Sterling Bancshares, both Houston based, publicly traded bank holding companies. She previously was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston and a Senior Auditor with an Orlando, Florida based accounting firm where she was a member of the bank audit group.

Ms. Pollock holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
