Sherry Ashley joined Houston Trust Company in 2018 and has more than 29 years of trust experience. As Vice President of Trust Administration, she is responsible for personal trust administration, estate administration, client service and special asset support. Sherry began her trust career at River Oaks Bank & Trust before moving to Salient Trust Co., LTA where she worked in trust administration, most recently as Senior Trust Officer.

Sherry graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. She is also a native Houstonian, a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, and an active volunteer in the children’s ministry of Spring Baptist Church.
