RaShawnda D. Mixon joined Houston Trust Company in 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in trust services, wealth management, and investment operations. In her current role, she oversees critical investment trading and operational functions, including trade execution, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and investment advisor oversight. She also plays an integral role in regulatory compliance, corporate audits, and Investment Advisory Committee governance, ensuring operational efficiency and the integrity of client investment accounts.

Prior to joining Houston Trust Company, RaShawnda built an extensive background in trust services through positions with Amegy Bank, Zions Bank, and Huntington National Bank, as well as Morgan Stanley’s Global Wealth Management division, where she was recognized with the firm’s prestigious Rising Star Award.

RaShawnda earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grambling State University and remains committed to community involvement through initiatives supporting autism and diabetes awareness.
