Lilly Hotze joined Houston Trust Company in 2019. As the Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Events Coordinator, Lilly is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Houston Trust Company’s marketing initiatives and events programming. Prior to joining Houston Trust Company, Lilly worked primarily in arts administration and education. In her most recent role she served as the Assistant to the Head of Development and Grant Writing and as the Assistant to the Head of Education at the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas.

Lilly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
