Kristie Barnett joined Houston Trust Company in 2022. In her role as Senior Vice President, Chief Trust Operations Officer, her primary responsibilities include management of trust accounting systems, as well as supporting the trust accounting, tax, and fiduciary compliance functions and middle office functions. Kristie has over 25 years of trust experience including previously held senior trust officer positions at Bank of America Private Bank and WesBanco Bank.

Kristie graduated summa cum laude from Bethany College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French and she holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wheeling Jesuit University. She is an honors graduate of Cannon Financial Institute and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She is a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, and the Junior League of Houston.
