Karen Jones joined Houston Trust Company in 2019.  As Assistant Vice President of Trust Operations, she is responsible for cash settlement and trust accounting.  Karen has more than 30 years of wealth management and trust services experience.   She has held various positions with JP Morgan Chase Bank, including Settlement Operations Specialist and Trust Administrator.

Karen attended North Harris County College and has extensive professional training in both the banking and trust industries. She is a native Houstonian and devotes her time with helping the elderly.
