Julie Rhodes serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Houston Trust Company. She joined Houston Trust Company in 2008 and has over 25 years of trust administration and operations experience. As Chief Operations Officer her primary responsibilities include management of trust and investment operations, fiduciary compliance, and trust tax reporting.

Julie previously held positions at Bank of New York as a Senior Relationship Manager and JPMorgan Chase where she was a Vice President and manager of Private Client Services Middle Office. She has extensive knowledge in trust administration, operations, and trust accounting.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Julie is a graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Graduate Trust School and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). Julie has also attended the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Program and is a Certified Fiduciary Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS™). She is a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum and the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University.
