Elizabeth C. Leicht joined Houston Trust Company in 2026. As Senior Vice President of Trust Administration, she is responsible for trust administration as well as advising on complex legal and fiduciary matters. Before joining Houston Trust Company, Elizabeth was a Senior Vice President, Trust Advisor at Regions Bank serving on various fiduciary committees in the bank. Elizabeth began her career practicing law in the areas of fiduciary litigation, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and estate administration.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Suffolk. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Business Planning Estate Council, Houston Bar Association – Trust and Estate Committee member, and Texas Probate Law American Inn of Court member.
