Doug Rotan joined Houston Trust Company in 2002. As Senior Vice President of Trust Administration, he is responsible for personal trust administration, client service and special asset support. Doug previously worked as a Trust Officer for Bank of America’s Private Bank. Prior to that, he worked in finance for Paine Webber, now UBS.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston. He is also a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU).

Doug is a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, and serves on the board of the Costero Club. He also serves on the steering committee of the Gus Wortham Golf Course Restoration Committee and Community Center. He previously served on the Education Committee of the Trust Financial Services Division of the Texas Bankers’ Association.
